I really like autosave render option. I can render and render and in the end choose the files I want over the day's work. Since name is based on time I don't have to worry about overwriting.

In animation frames are named 000x resulting that every animation I start and outputs into default ouput folder will overwrite previous images. What I propose is the naming convention be "date + 000x". It should be optional as some people wouldn't like each new series to have different prefix as it could cause some problems with managing large animations rendered in smaller sequences. I myself use animation option to produce stills and this is important for me.
