rendering with Photon Mapping a test scene (just a Directional Sun Lamp perpendicular to a plane) produces a completely black image. For angles between the Sunlamp and the plane different to 90 degrees, the result is a normal render image.

I found that bound box intersection code was failing to detect rays with ortonormal direction, i've fixed the problem and is ready to commit just need confirmation from another developer
