I can confirm this problem, yafaray crashes when rendering big images with Photon mapping; for example the attached scene renders well with a low resolution but doesn't with hires,

also it renders well with yafaray 0.1.1 even in hires

 

I'm using yafaray 0.1.2 build455 on windows 7 x64 - intel q6600 - 8Gb RAM

I confirm on windows vista, using eMirage's scene.

I tested it on Windows XP 64bit with las build frow github. It work ok. Kerbox, eMirage please test again.
