Often when using an HDR background in additional passes the backhround will always be sampled because the image itself surpasses the AAthreshold. It would give a minor speed increase if background pixels could be flagged as never resampled. Someone might want this constant oversampling to happen so it could be an option.

I have this working in my testing code. However, I have a question for you, guys:
Should we have an option to allow resampling the background or not? Or the background does not need resampling at all so such option is not necessary?

Forget my question, please. I've done some tests and indeed in some cases it's worth to resample the background to avoid aliasing. I will try to add an option then.
