I don't think I can vote since I made an image

I hope i was alowed to vote cause i dont want to be disqualified.

Everyone can vote, forum members and contest partipants. Acefelis has been disqualified because of unfair practices which aren't worth to explain. As a result of that disqualification, voting rules has changed a bit so that new members who registered in the forum after the end of the contest (Mon Jul 10) are not allowed to vote.

I wouldn't call it "unfair practices" (sounds like a bad thing) but unclear rules.What happened was that I promoted my work in other forums, that's all. Rules just mentioned voting would be based on image merits, but nothing about not allowing promotion of your stuff elsewhere. Besides, the 3 persons that voted, honestly did like the image. I Don't want to make a storm in a glass of water, and I already accepted my disqualification, so keep it rolling. This is a good experience for further contests, for the rules part (for making them as explicit as possible, as in a contract) .

If anyone is wondering, I'm not going to vote. I think I might have been cut out of a few voter's options in the beginning of the voting process and will be burying my chances of winning even more, but like the Australians say "No worries mate". I understand your worries. It is the first time we organise a contest and there have been some unnexpected outcomes. I hoped that the contest would work with few rules but it has not been the case. We have done our best anyway. We are quite satified with the participation and the ambition that some of the partipants are showing in the voting process.

I also hoped that a high participation in the voting process would offset any speculative voting from some of the participants and that everyone would really vote the best work without looking at sums and rests, but seems that my hopes will not become true in that regard too.

Anyway the rules are pretty clear and they are not going to change. Monday, thanks God the voting process concludes and there will be two winners.

I think that is already happens(sum voting.) We already have the trend that probably shows our result.

Anyway, I had fun and it was more a chance to do something interesting in yafray (which is my favorite engine.)
