Dark Blue Theme for Blender 2.57

Post Mon May 16, 2011 8:50 pm

here is my old Dark Theme for Blender 2.5. The best way to install it now is with the new Theme manager Addon included in the zip file (http://blenderartists.org/forum/showthr ... me-manager).

- Install the system_theme_manager.py script in "scripts" folder
- create a folder in scripts/presets and rename it "theme"
- put condar_dark_blue.blt into /scripts/presets/theme
- Start Blender and in User preferences select "Load Theme"
- Save as Default....

EDIT: the file condar_dark_blue.blt was missing in the original zip... (my fault :P). Now is in there
Edit 2: added minor changes from _Mo_

Really nice, thanks

I just changed the menu titles (user interface / pulldown / text) to white, because black are hard to see.

BTW, there is some minor polishing to do on the theme. The original settings are maybe design choices, I'm not sure, but this list might save a few minutes of searching through the theme editor to other users:

* User interface / pulldown / text -> should be white
* UV/Image editor / region text -> should be white
* UV/Image editor / region text titles -> should be white
* User interface / toggle / inner selected -> changing this to a brighter color will make easier to see which layers are selected in the toggle layers control
* User interface / number field / item -> should be darker to make contrast when (white) numbers are selected to type over

Another little but important thing slipped through: 3D View / Header text -> white, to be able to see manipulation info in the header bar (like rotation angles etc.)
