Glass material with 1.25 IOR and Fake Shadows enabled. I mapped a Clouds texture to the material's Normals, Reflectivity, and Displacement with 1.00 Displacement on the slider.
I used the black 50% texture on the inner part, but changed the color on it to a bright grey instead of the 50% color.
Rendering Settings (any ideas on how to streamline it without losing much quality would be great)
Pathtracing
Depth 3, Use Background, path samples 100
Raydepth 4, Shadow Depth 6
AA passes 3, samples 4, AA inc samples 2 (mitchell)
