Hi guys ! here examples of what we expect for shadow catcher. The first image is rendered with Blender Internal that provides the good result. There's a plane with a " only cathc shadow" shader under Suzanne. The same process made with Yafaray, I tried several option in material panel of Yafa but it doesn't work as we want. I joined the blend file for testing, look at the scene on top of Blender UI, there's the same scene with Blender Internal and Yafaray ( scene.001), just hit F12 to see the results.
