I think..
- the developers not looking into the forum.. maybe
- the users not looking into the bugtracker.. maybe.

Proposal: linked the entries into bugtracker, with the similar thread into user/developers forum.

By this mode, the users will feel how a little developers .. and the developers will stop feeling as 'rare insects that only think about code'
