adding subdivision surface modifier produces some weird reflections... it's a known bug. A temporary (I hope) workaround is replace the subsurf Level N by N subsurf modifiers level 1. In that case, yafaray will render the reflections in the right way. For example, if you need subsurf Level 2, try adding 2 subsurf modifiers level 1... if you need subsurf level 3, change it for 3 subsurf level 3 modifiers... and so on.
Apparently the subdivision with level greater than 2 causes twisted uv subdivided faces.
